Sports Communication Australia was founded in 2009 by sports mad media manager, public relations consultant, journalist and researcher, David Lyall.

David has worked with some of the most successful sporting teams and highest profile athletes in Australia including Olympic gold medalists, international football players (across several codes) and action sport stars.

Highly regarded for his work ethic and creativity, David was a member of the 2008 Australian Olympic Team’s media corps in Beijing and has worked at several FINA World Swimming Championships and the 2006 Commonwealth Games as the Media Manager of the Australian Swim Team.

David has previously filled high level media operations roles for events conducted by Sports and Entertainment Limited (SEL), Swimming Australia, the UCI, Surf Life Saving Australia, Sydney FC, Diving Australia, Water Polo Australia and Global Surftag.

Sports Communication Australia also engages other trusted, experienced and skilled media professionals to assist us to deliver results if a project requires it.
